Waxing: What to expect on the day

We understand that waxing can be a very personal experience. That’s why we take your privacy and comfort very seriously. 

Please ensure you arrive early for your appointment.

Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to fill in a short form to confirm your allergies and any drugs that you are taking. We will then proceed, depending on the type of waxing, you are having, you may need to partially undress yourself.

Once your procedure is finished we will allow you time to dress and you will be invited to pay if you haven’t done so yet. 

Post-Waxing Advice for Clients:

Avoid Heat and Friction: Avoid hot showers, saunas, exercise, and tight clothing for at least 24 hours post-waxing to prevent irritation.

Moisturization and Exfoliation: Moisturize daily and exfoliate gently after 48 hours to maintain smooth skin and reduce the risk of ingrown hairs.

Avoid Sun Exposure: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 24-48 hours, as waxed skin is more sensitive and prone to burning.

Product Recommendations: We suggest specific post-wax care products that help soothe the skin and prevent ingrown hairs.
